Introduction to Mendeley
- Go to www.mendeley.com and download the program.
- Mendeley has two access points - the desktop client and the web-based client. The desktop client is installed on your device. If you work from multiple devices, e.g. a lab computer and a personal laptop, you can download a copy of the desktop client (freely) on each device and "sync" the libraries to keep them concurrent.
- The web-based client is online and accessible from any web browser. When you sync, the web-based client updates as well. Just go to www.mendeley.com and sign in to access your library.
