A free, confidential service that provides eligible employees and their families with the opportunity to discuss personal problems with a professional counselor, receive unlimited telephone and Internet access to resource and referral information and obtain other self-help information. Includes Emergency Crisis counseling.

The Latah Recovery Center, located at 531 S. Main St., Suite B in downtown Moscow, serves all of Latah County and partners with Public Health to serve as a location in the Rural Crisis Center Network. The Latah Recovery Center hours are Monday through Friday, 10 a.m.- 8 p.m. PST. All in-house services are free! Visit latahrecoverycenter.org for a full list of monthly meetings and activities.
