Get to Know the University of Idaho Library

There's much to know about the UI Library.  We invite you to visit as soon as possible, and if you have questions, be sure to ask one of our friendly librarians and staff. We're here to help you!

Over the next few months, the University of Idaho Library will be revamping its first floor to provide patrons with improved study areas, expanded classroom resources, and a new coffee and refreshment installation. During the construction process the location of library services and holdings may change, but will remain available to patrons with of minimum of inconvenience.

The project will only involve the 1st floor of the main UI Library building.

For updates and more inforamtion visit our Construction Guide.  Please feel free ask our circulation staff or reference librarians if you have questions.

The UI Library Website

Start your research on the UI Library Website! The search box on the  homepage locates materials in both University of Idaho Libraries and Summit, a group of 36 other academic libraries throughout the Pacific Northwest.
