Books are located on the 4th (A-G), 3rd (H-S), and 2nd (T-Z) floors organized by the Library of Congress Classification system.

The UI Library now provides access to many e-books in mathematics, which you can find by searching the library catalog or using the links below.
If you need a book that's not available at the UI Library, use the library's free Interlibrary Loan service or Summit to request it.
The first time you use the Interlibrary Loan service, click on "First Time Users Click Here!" to register. You can also request articles and other research materials through Interlibrary Loan.
1. Locate the book you would like to request using the library catalog
2. If the book is not available, or checked out in UI and Summit, sign in for more request options.
3. Select Interlibrary Loan.
4. Enter your user name (the barcode located on the back of your Vandal Card) and password (self selected during ILL registration)
5. Verify book request to make sure all necessary fields are complete, and submit
6. A record of the request should appear on your ILL account page
